From childhood, I had the opportunity to grow up in an environment very close to commerce in general, since my parents have worked in this activity all their lives. Such an experience has been very rewarding, and of great formation and growth in my personal and professional life.
As a licensed Costa Rican attorney that specializes in real estate law, I am a very qualified Real Estate Advisor. I graduated as a Lawyer, and have a master’s degree in Notarial and Registry Law. I have also been an active university professor, teaching business administration and Law.
I offer my services of mediation, advice, and management in secure real estate transactions to each of our clients. Due to my knowledge in Law and my experience in this area, I have extensive knowledge in carrying out the due process to get my clients the best deal, provide the best advice and achieve successful and happy closings.
My childhood environment developed into my professional training, and the contact I have had in my professional life has given me the satisfaction of actively participating in real estate transactions that have caught my attention for a long time. And now, as a member of the Tierra de Oro Team, I am here to serve you in the most beautiful country in the world, my home, Costa Rica.

Desde mi infancia tuve la oportunidad de crecer en un ambiente muy cercano al comercio en general, por cuanto mis padres se han desempeñado en esa actividad toda su vida. Tal experiencia ha sido muy gratificante para mÃ, y de gran formación y crecimiento en mi vida personal y profesional.
Me considero una Asesora inmobiliaria calificada, pues me he esforzado por prepararme profesionalmente. Estoy graduada como Abogada, y además cuento con una maestrÃa en Derecho Notarial y Registral. También he sido activamente profesora universitaria en la carrera de Administración de empresas y Derecho.
Brindo mis servicios de mediación, asesoramiento, y gestión en transacciones inmobiliarias seguras a cada uno de nuestros clientes. Por mis conocimientos en Derecho y mi experiencia en este ámbito, es que cuento con un amplio conocimiento en realizar el debido proceso para lograr el mejor trato, brindar el mejor consejo y conseguir cierres exitosos y felices.
